FPB will not accept a resume in place of an application. However, you may attach your resume to the completed application.

Applications are available at the Frankfort office of the Department for Employment and Training located at 1121 Louisville Road, Pine Hill Plaza, Suite 6, Frankfort. Two formats of the Application For Employment are available on-line. The application can be downloaded in either Microsoft Word (.doc) format or as an Adobe PDF file.

Once downloaded, the application can be filled out and printed on your computer. You may mail the printed application to: Frankfort Plant Board, Human Resources, P.O. Box 308, Frankfort, KY, 40602. Be sure to complete and sign the application -- FPB will not accept a resume in place of an application or an unsigned application.

If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can download a freeware copy of any of the Microsoft Word Viewers which are available from Microsoft. Microsoft provides detailed information with each copy of these programs including instruction for installation and use. If utilizing the viewer you will download the Microsoft Word Application, print it, then complete it by hand or by typing.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat to view PDF files, you can download a free viewer from Adobe. Adobe provides detailed information for downloading and installation.
