Mr. David Stockton, Houston Properties, is requesting that the Board consider waiving a $2,000 deposit for 112 Leonardwood Drive – Wellington Place Condos. Mr. Stockton currently has two $100 deposits with the Plant Board under Stockton Mortgage. Also, under Sky Properties and Capital Title, he has deposits that were waived. During past 18 months, there has been one late payment.
