Approve National Cable Communications (NCC) Representation Agreement:

Staff recommends that the Board approve this Representation Agreement Renewal with NCC. NCC Represents FPB Cable Advertising with national advertising accounts and is paid a commission once the commercial has run and is paid for by the client.

The term of this Agreement is for five years with successive one-year renewals. The
Staff Attorney has reviewed the Agreement and finds the language acceptable.
