Approve Revised PURPA Timeline and Notice of Public Hearing:

Because of the revised Board Meeting schedules, Staff recommends that the Board adopt the revised timeline and approve Public Notice to consider the PURPA requirements. 

                    April 13^th Notice issued:

                    May 15^th Conduct Public Hearing

                    June 19^th Findings Presented and Possible Adoption

                    July 17^th Alternative date to adopt decision if necessary
