Approve Renewal of Hydrant, Valve and Tapping Sleeve Contract: 

Hayes Pipe has offered a renewal of our current contract with them for hydrants, valves and tapping sleeves for an additional one year period (see existing contract prices on pages C-7/2-5.  Staff recommends accepting this proposal opposed to issuing a new bid.
