Informational Item - Departmental Reports:
For the Month of November, we had the following Electric, Water and Cable Outages.
Electric - There were 22 Electric Outages during the Month of November.
Water - There was 1 Water Outage during the Month of November.
Cable/Telecommunications - There were 8 Cable/Telecommunications Outages during the Month of November.
Water Treatment Plant - During the month of November, the Water Treatment Plant withdrew approximately 243 million gallons of raw water with an average daily withdrawal rate of 7.80 million gallons. During this same time frame last year, this system averaged 9.3 million gallons. The maximum daily demand occurred on September 9th with 9.00 mgd being produced on this date.
Compliance with all Federal and State Water Quality Standards were maintained.
Safety - There was 1 OSHA recordable accident during the month of November.
- An electric employee stepped on a piece of wire and twisted his knee resulting in a lost time accident.

There was 1 vehicle accident during the Month of November.
- A water employee, leaving the service center lot, struck a wire spool, damaging the fiberglass fender.
Customer Service - During the Month of November, approximately 17,420 incoming calls were received on our main number 352-4372. This was 948 more calls received than last month which had 22 days of call reporting and this month has 20 days of call reporting. The daily average of calls were 871, with 4 billing representatives and 8 CSRs available for calls. The average calls per representative, per day would be 73. These statistics do not include walk-in customers, direct dialed calls to the representatives’ two phone lines or any internal calls or after hours and weekend calls.
