Appoint New Secretary/Treasurer for the Municipal Projects Corporation:

Due to the retirement of David Sandidge, Staff recommends that Shannon Taylor be nominated as the new Secretary/Treasurer for the Municipal Projects Corporation.

Ms. Taylor will be responsible for working with Legal Counsel, financial institutions and Staff regarding financial decisions of the Corporation.
