Approve Appointment of David Billings to the Bluegrass Water Supply Commission:

Due to the resignation of Bunk Sullivan from the Bluegrass Water Supply Commission, Staff recommends that David Billings be appointed to this Commission . Mr. Billings has been attending the meetings in the absence of Mr. Sullivan and Staff feels that Mr. Billings will represent the needs of the Plant Board and the community.
