Approve Resolution Approving the Series 2000 BAN to be Issued to Republic Bank and a Loan and Note Purchase Agreement

The pros and cons of the BAN were previously discussed at the Board’s Special Meeting on February 7^th.   Based on those discussions, the Board decided to proceed with a Series 2000 BAN.  

Mr. Bill Davis, Bond Counsel, will be present to explain the BAN and answer any questions the Board may have.
