Z  The budget for the Water Department includes a significant amount for Capital Contributions due to the anticipation of the US
   421 Project. This project will not begin until the next fiscal year, therefore, we are and will continue to be under budget on
    revenue. $562,000 of the budgeted Net Income YTD is the anticipated revenue from the US 421 Project. The Water
    Department is actually $200,151 over budgeted Net Income if the US 421 budgeted revenue is not included in the calculation.

X   The Electric Reserve Level increased $2,148,408 due to the postponement of payment of the Kentucky Utilities power bill until
    after month-end still meeting a due date of 1/4/06.
