Staff recommends that the Board authorize the sale of 1 share of Arch Wireless stock and 1,407 shares of Pizza Inn stock. Board policy vests authority for management of the Board’s investments in the General Manager which may be delegated to the Finance Director. Our Broker requires Board authorization before executing the transaction.
