Approve Agreement for Basic Cable Survey with Preston-Osborne Research:

The Cable Advisory Committee and Staff recommend that the Board approve contracting with Preston-Osborne Research (Lexington) to conduct a random survey of basic cable customers for the purpose of determining customer perceptions of potential new channels and rate structures. This project was not budgeted but there are funds available in the Cable/Telecom marketing expense account that can be utilized.

The Staff Attorney has reviewed the Agreement and it meets with his approval.
