Staff recommends that the Board approve the routine Cable/Telecommunications Line Extension Agreement for The Vineyards associated with W.O. 9943C in the amount of $29,001.37. Mr. Chad Peach, Member of the Vineyards of Frankfort, LLC., has advancedthe $29,001.37 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of contruction.
