Approve Notice of a Public Hearing Covering a Proposed Water Rate Increase for All Wholesale Water Customers:
Staff is recommending that the Board approve a Notice of a Public Hearing covering a proposed water rate increase for all Wholesale Water Customers. Based on the results of the Cost-of-Service Study, Staff is recommending an 11.4% water rate increase effective with the bill due and payable October 15, 2006.
The proposed water rate increases are as follows:
