  1. Leestown Partners, LTD is requesting that the Board consider waiving a $3,295 security deposit for 300 Fairoaks Lane. A business moved out of 300 Fairoaks and in order to keep the services on, Leestown Partners is required to put up a deposit. During the past 18 months, Leestown Partners has had no late payments. Does the Board want to consider Leestown Partners’ request for a waiver of a $3,295 security deposit

  2. WUZ Wayne’s Market is requesting that the Board consider waiving a $1,500 security deposit for a new store at 859 Louisville Road. During the past 18 months, WUZ Wayne’s Market has had no payment history with the Plant Board. Does the Board want to consider WUZ Wayne’s Market’s request for a waiver of a $1,500 security deposit.

  3. Ms. Bonnie Skufca is requesting that the Board consider waiving a $1,400 security deposit for Saylors Restaurant located at 900-904 Louisville Road. During the past 18 months, Ms. Skufca has had no late payments. Does the Board want to consider Ms. Skufca’s request for a waiver of a $1,400 security deposit?
