During the past 18 months, WUZ Wayne’s Market has had no payment history with the Plant Board. Does the Board want to consider WUZ Wayne’s Market’s request for a waiver of a $1,500 security deposit.



Ms. Bonnie Skufca is requesting that the Board consider waiving a $1,400 security deposit for Saylors Restaurant located at 900-904 Louisville Road. During the past 18 months, Ms. Skufca has had no late payments. Does the Board want to consider Ms. Skufca’s request for a waiver of a $1,400 security deposit?
