Approve FPB/City Dark Fiber and Internet Access Agreement:

Staff recommends that the Board approve the Dark Fiber and Internet Access Agreement between FPB and the City.  The term of this agreement is from May 1, 2007 to April 30, 2012.  Staff revised this agreement after discussions with the City’s new IT Director, Julsun Pacheco.
