Approve Arris Loan Agreement:

Staff recommends that the Board approve the Arris Loan Agreement.   The term of this agreement is for 30 days.  Arris will ship new C-4 cards upon execution of the agreement and bill FPB in July for $254,000.  $300,000 was budgeted for the new cards.
