Approve Award of Bid Invitation #1418 (Pad Mount Transformers-$75,872):

Staff recommends that the Board approve the award of Bid Invitation #1418 (Pad Mount Transformers) to the low bidder meeting specifications, Electrical Sales, in the amount of $75,872.  These transformers will be used to replenish depleting inventory levels.
