Approve Award of Bid Invitation #1422 (Annual Distribution Transformers):

Staff recommends that the Board approve the award of Bid Invitation #1422 (Annual Distribution Transformers) to the low bidder meeting specifications and having the quickest delivery time, Kuhlman Electric.  These transformers will be used to replenish depleting inventory levels.
