Approve Routine Cable/Telecommunications Extension Agreement for Maples - Final Phase, W.O. 10220C ($4,243.41):

Staff recommends that the Board approve the routine Cable/Telecommunications Extension Agreement for Maples associated with W.O. 10220C in the amount of $4,243.41.  The Developers, Edward Kelsey and Mr. Lester Smoot, Members of Kelsey/Smoot Properties, have advanced $4,243.41 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.
