Consider RJ Industries Request for a Waiver of Security Deposit ($29,700):

Mr. Scott Schrader, Schrader Properties and part owner of RJ Industries, is requesting that the Board consider waiving a security deposit for RJ Industries in the amount of $29,700.  R J Industries, the current tenant of the building located at 1100 Chenault Road is a seven year old plastic injection molding company who has been responsible for paying the utility bill via Schrader Properties since 2003.  RJ Industries would also agree to bank drafting if their request is waived.  During the past 18 months, there has been no late payments.
