Consider Frankfort Regional Medical Center's Request for a Waiver of Security Deposit ($2400):

Mr. Richard Patterson, Chief Financial Officer, is requesting that the Board consider waiving a security deposit for Frankfort Regional Medical Center in the amount of $2400.  Frankfort Regional Medical Center is constructing a new medical office at 279 King’s Daughters Drive which is adjacent to the hospital.  During the past 18 months, there has been three late payments.
