Approve NAS-RAC Addressable Set-Top Services Agreement with General Instrument Authorization Services, Inc.:

Staff recommends that the Board approve this Agreement with General Instruments (GI) for the management of set-top services.  This will replace an existing agreement with GI.  It includes no change in the monthly fee per converter over the current agreement.  The term runs through May 30, 2008 with a two year renewal thereafter.  This Agreement is required for the operation of the digital cable, HD and DVR Services.
