Approve Lease Renewal Agreement with Department of Corrections Regarding FPB Substation on Glenns Creek Road ($100):

Staff recommends that the Board approve the Lese Renewal Agreement with the Department of Corrections for FPB to access the substation on Glenns Creek Road. The existing lease expires May 29, 2006 and has the option to renew for one additional one-year term upon written mutual agreement. The period of this renewal will be May 29, 2006 through May 29, 2007. The Staff Attorney has reviewed the Agreement and it meets with his approval.
