* The actual Net Income for the Electric Department would be $1,490,589 if not for the $483,614 adjustment that was made for the June 2005 power bill in the 05-06 fiscal year due to fuel adjustment.

**  The budget for the Water Department includes a significant amount for Capital Contributions due to the anticipation of the US 421 Project. This project will not begin until the next fiscal year, therefore, we are and will continue to be under budget on revenue. $749,333 of the budgeted Net Income YTD is the anticipated revenue from the US 421 project. The Water Department is actually $206,175 over budgeted Net Income if the 421 budgeted revenue is not included in the calculation.
