Approve Amendment to ESPNU Affiliation Agreement:

The Board approved the ESPNU Agreement in July 2005 to carry the channel on digital cable. The amendment lowers the per subscriber rate by $.03 each month through the term of the Agreement retroactive to January 1, 2006. The savings for each fiscal year will range from $1,100 next year to about $2,000 at the end of the term provided FPB reaches penetration goals. The Staff Attorney has reviewed the amendment and found the language acceptable.
