Approve Award of Bid Invitation #1411 (Backhoe/Loader - $56,492):

Staff recommends that the Board approve the award of Bid Invitation #1411 (Backhoe/ Loader) to the low bidder meeting specifications, Standard Equipment, in the amount of $56,492.  This amount includes a trade-in of $18,000 for our 1997 backhoe that is currently used in the Water Department.  The backhoe/loader was provided for in the current budget.
