Approve Award of Bid Invitation #1413 (Asphalt Roller - $22,462):

Staff recommends that the Board approve the award of Bid Invitation #1413 (Asphalt Roller) to the low bidder meeting specifications, Standard Equipment, in the amount of $22,462.  This amount includes a trade-in of $2,000 for our 1983 asphalt roller that is currently used in the Water Department.  The asphalt roller was provided for in the current budget.
