Staff recommends that the Board approve the Routine Cable/Telecommunications Agreement for Pinewoods Subdivision associated with W.O. 9848C in the amount of $31,250.32.  The Developer(s), Pinewoods Development, LLC, have advanced the $31,250.32 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.  Based on a refund rate of $840 per lot, Pinewoods Development LLC will recoup 100% of their investment when they provide 38 Certificates of Occupancy.
