Staff recommends that the Board approve the Routine Electric Line Agreement for Pinewoods Subdivision associated with W.O. 9847C in the amount of $117,290.78.  The Developer(s), Pinewoods Development, LLC, have advanced the $117,290.78 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.
