Staff recommends that the Board approve the Routine Water Line Agreement for Water Tower Place associated with W.O. 9300C in the amount of $43,735.41.  The Developer(s), HMN 127 LLC, have advanced the $43,735.41 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.
