Approve Granting Easements to Grace Baptist Church:

Staff recommends that the Board approve two easements for Grace Baptist Church contingent on Staff’s review and approval of the Exhibits depicting the easements.  One easement is a temporary use easement for construction work.  The second easement is a permanent easement for the construction of footers.  Mr. Bryan Hix and or Mr. Charlie Jones will be present to discuss.
