Approve Release of Easement for Kentucky Manufactured Housing:

Kentucky Manufactured Housing is in the process of constructing a new office on Tract 2, Lot 1, Parcel A in Bentwoods Subdivision and is requesting that FPB release the entire existing utility easement as shown on Attachment A.  Upon the release of the aforementioned utility easement, a new utility easement will be granted to FPB as shown on Attachment B.  Staff has reviewed the above mentioned plat and it meets with their approval.
