Approve Release of Easement for Frank Shelton Construction Company located on Commerce Blvd.:

Staff recommends approval of the release of a 10 foot easement on Commerce Blvd. off Chenault Road.  We do not have facilities in the easement and have no future plans to use this easement.

Staff Attorney has reviewed the easement and it meets with his approval.
