Staff recommends that the Board approve the award of Bid Invitation #1382 (Video Production Equipment) to the low bidders meeting specifications as follows:
Items 1, 2, 3, 4 , 5, 7, 11 and 12 to Roscor - $16,241.90
Items 6, 8, 9, 10 and 13 to B & H Photo - $ 6,920
These items were provided for in the current budget and are estimated to cost $44,000.
