Presentation by Louisville Water Company – Mr. Greg Heitzman:

At a Franklin County Fiscal Court work session held on April 19^th, the Magistrates expressed their desire to meet with LWC to discuss the water supply option that Staff has been investigating.

As a matter of course, Staff contacted LWC and invited them to make a presentation at our May 15^th Board meeting, to highlight some of the key aspects of the LWC supply option.

Following the presentation, a fifteen minute time period will be made available for City and County officials to ask questions of LWC.
