Ratify Amendment to PSI Data Systems Agreement ($54,000):

On April 26, 2007, Staff advised the Board about an Amendment to our Agreement with PSI Data Systems.  This Amendment provides for additional on-site assistance for the development of CIBS.  The Amendment is for an additional six months and the total cost is approximately $54,000.  This $54,000 is available in the budget.  Staff recommends ratification of the Amendment.
