Staff recommends that the Board approve the routine Water Line Extension Agreement for Pinewoods Subdivision associated with 100% of W.O. 9846C ($184,336.68) and 50% of W.O. 9920C and W.O. 9921C ($94,065.24). The Developer, Pinewoods Development LLC has advanced the $278,401.92 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.
