Staff recommends that the Board approve Addendum #2 to Electric Line Extension Agreement for Leatherwood Subdivision associated with W.O. 9546C due to changes in the refund calculations for street lights. This Addendum was necessary because the original contract specified 250W hps Cobra Head fixtures and the Developer requested 100W hps westminster type fixtures which resulted in an additional cost of $2,495.83.
