Acknowledge Receipt of Audit Report Covering Operations for FY 2005-2006:

Mr. Greg Miklavcic, Charles T. Mitchell and Company, will be present to discuss the Audit Report which expresses an unqualified opinion (clean opinion) on the Plant Board's operations. The Audit Report will be handed out under separate cover.
