Staff recommends that the Board approve the routine Cable/Telecommunications Line Extension Agreement for Armstrong Crossing associated with W.O. 10060C in the amount of $41,465.35. The Developer, Shaker Hill Properties, LLC, has advanced the $41,465.35 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.
