Adopt Resolution Authorizing Department Heads to Execute Agreements to Purchase Budgeted Materials and Services for Fifteen Thousand Dollars or Less:

In the past, Staff has executed purchase orders for previously budgeted items without presentation to the Board. Staff has spoken with the Board Chairman to clarify this practice.

The resolution clarifies the procedure for execution of purchase orders and agreements for previously budgeted items that are less than $15,000. Therefore, Staff recommends that the Board adopt the resolution contained on C-6/1.
