Consider YMCA’s Request for a Waiver of Security Deposit ($1,200):
Mr. Dave Steel, CEO for the YMCA, is requesting that the Board consider approving their request for a $1,200 security deposit for 142 Laneview Drive. The YMCA is in the process of opening a new childcare building in the County Industrial Park #3. During the past 18 months, there has been no late payments. The YMCA’s account is currently bank drafted.
