Staff recommends that the Board approve the routine Cable/Telecommunications Line Extension Agreement for Foxley Lane associated with W.O. 9933C in the amount of $5,929.90. Under our Policy, the Developer is allowed one of two options for paying the estimated cost of construction. The Developers, Foxley Lane Developers (Gordon Duke), have advanced $5,929.90 which represents their portion of the estimated cost of construction.
