Staff recommends that the Board approve the award of Bid Invitation #1394 (Substation Steel) to the low bidder meeting specifications, Distran, in the amount of $64,515.

This material was provided for in the FY 2006 budget and will be used for the Old Soldiers Lane Substation Project.
