1. Local Telephone Service being ordered for a residential single-family dwelling (not apartments, multi-family dwellings or businesses)
2. Individuals wanting only one phone line
3. Customers presently having FPB's Cable TV Service (in a few areas service may not yet be available)

If you are keeping your current phone number, FPB will coordinate everything with your current provider to disconnect your existing service. If you are taking a new FPB number, you will need to call your current local phone service provider to disconnect service AFTER FPB has installed your new service and phone number.
