FPB Online Telephone Service Request

Start saving today with FPB's all-digital Local Telephone Service. FPB's basic residential phone line is $13.25 with a related $4.00 FCC Network Access charge. You should be able to save 20% or more for local phone services by switching to FPB. Taxes and governmental fees are about 13% of charges.

Individuals wanting to order FPB's Local Telephone Service for their residence can order the service online by completing the information below and clicking on the "Submit Information" button. Items in Bold must be answered or entered before the order can be submitted online.

At this time, this online ordering process is restricted to:

  1. Local Telephone Service being ordered for a residential single-family dwelling (not apartments, multi-family dwellings or businesses)
  2. Individuals wanting only one phone line
  3. Customers presently having FPB's Cable TV Service (in a few areas service may not yet be available)
  4. FPB customers who don't have a past due balance on their account for other FPB services

You can have two providers of long distance service. One can service your calls made within the 502 area code, one can service all other calls, or one company can do both. If you show more than one, please show which one is the 502 area code long distance provider.

If you are taking a new FPB number, you will need to call your current local phone service provider to disconnect service AFTER FPB has installed your new service and phone number. You can also request that your current provider refer callers to your new FPB phone number.
